Heavy snowfall and extreme weather conditions at Lowari Tunnel and around has severely affected the flow of traffic there. In order to ensure smooth traffic movement, snow removing operation is in progress. This is stated in a Press Release issued by the National Highway Authority, says a press release issued here on Tuesday. During day time the Tunnel will be opened to traffic from 6AM to 8AM, 9AM to 12 Noon, 2PM to 5PM and 6PM to 8PM.-PR
